I'm the face behind Shelley Faro Photography.  I'm a born & raised Nebraska girl, married to a New York man, located in Dayton, Ohio!  I am OBSESSED with my hometown and state --you think I'm kidding, but I literally named my child after my hometown. I am a momma to the sweetest little boy, Lincoln.

 

Other things you should know about me -- I'm a die-hard Husker football fan (GO BIG RED!), who has somehow come to live amongst a bunch of Ohio State fans.  Life isn't always fair, huh?  I love my hubby, traveling + wine. (and my kid, obviously.)​

I am a wedding, portrait + lifestyle photographer.  What does that mean? It means I'm a story teller.  I believe photos are the BEST way to capture life's beautiful moments and tell your story.  I truly believe every love story is unique and I want to capture the photos that tell yours.  I want to help you freeze those special moments in time and give you something to look back on remember for the rest of your life.
